Bunny Flower Basket
Easter is hoppin’ up on us!
If you are in need of a simple gift to drop off to someone or looking to create a centerpiece for your table, I have the perfect DIY!
Check out the steps below to make your own Easter flower basket!
Materials:
Flowers
Some kind of bowl or container with holes at the bottom
Plant saucer
Some type of plastic
Rocks
Steps:
Line the bottom of your basket with a piece of plastic to protect and dirt or water from spilling out and ruining your table or tablecloth (you can use a ziplock, trash bag or if your local store provides plastic to protect your car use that).
Next, place your plant saucer on top of that — I reused an old one that I had laying around
Place your rocks at the bottom of your container, I used a (plant) nursery container from a previous project
Since my basket is on the smaller side, I didn’t need to purchase any extra soil. I used the excess dirt from the plants once I loosened the roots as my base. Begin planting your chosen plants or flowers in your container.
Once your done, stick your container in your basket and give it a little spritz of water.
This basket will be making an appearance on my Easter table this year! Stay tuned and let me know if you spot it :)
