DIY Cinnamon Roll Kit
With the holidays still looking a little, or let’s be real, A LOT different…I think everyone can use a little bit of homeyness. What better way to say a warm I love you than a DIY cinnamon roll kit! Pack them up in a gift bag and drop it off at your family or friends doorstep - I’d happily accept that ding dong ditch any day!
P.S. you can totally make them for yourself too haha no judging during quarantine :)
Ingredients
Dough ingredients: ⅓ cup sugar + 3 cups flour + ¾ tsp salt
Yeast ingredients: ½ tsp sugar + 1 tsp yeast
Filling ingredients: ½ cup sugar + ¼ cup brown sugar + 2 tbs cinnamon + 6 tbs melted butter
Frosting ingredients: 4oz cream cheese + ½ lb powdered sugar + 4 tbs butter + ½ tsp cinnamon + 1 tbs vanilla extract

8” iron skillet
Cute dishtowel
Weck jars large enough for yeast, filling, & frosting (frosting, filling + yeast)
White paper lunch sack
Black and white ribbon
White cardstock
Full sheet label paper
Scissors

Instructions
1: Print out the cinnamon roll instructions on white cardstock and cut out out along gray outlines. Punch a hole over the circle outline. Tie onto the handle of the skillet with ribbon.
2: Print the cinnamon roll labels onto the full sheet label paper, and cut out each circle along the gray outline. Place a label on each weck jar and one on the paper sack.
3: Loosely mix the dough ingredients in a large bowl, then use a funnel to pour into the paper sack. In a medium bowl, mix the frosting ingredients with an electric mixer, then scoop into the “frosting” jar. In a small bowl, mix the filling ingredients with an electric mixer, then pour into the “filling” jar. Fill the “yeast” jar with yeast and sugar.
4: Tuck the dishtowel into the skillet, then add the ingredient jars and dough bag.
