Watermelon "Fries"
Watermelon “Fries” are the perfect summer snack that you can whip up in a flash!
Ingredients
Watermelon, with the rind removed
1 lime, zest and juiced
8 oz coconut yogurt ( I used Noosa)
Tajin - optional
Tools Needed
Zester
Juice Squeezer
Small Mixing bowl
Serving Plate
Small Serving Bowl
Instructions
Remove rind from watermelon and cut into fry like shapes.
Mix cup of coconut yogurt with lime juice. Add part of the zest and stir to combine. Place in a small serving bowl.
Place cut up “fries” on a serving platter. Set your dip next to it. Garnish yogurt with remaining lime zest. Sprinkle Tajin over the top of watermelon. Serve and enjoy!
