Watermelon "Fries"

Watermelon “Fries” are the perfect summer snack that you can whip up in a flash!

Ingredients

Watermelon, with the rind removed

1 lime, zest and juiced

8 oz coconut yogurt ( I used Noosa)

Tajin - optional

Tools Needed

Zester

Juice Squeezer

Small Mixing bowl

Serving Plate

Small Serving Bowl

Instructions

  • Remove rind from watermelon and cut into fry like shapes.

  • Mix cup of coconut yogurt with lime juice. Add part of the zest and stir to combine. Place in a small serving bowl.

  • Place cut up “fries” on a serving platter. Set your dip next to it. Garnish yogurt with remaining lime zest. Sprinkle Tajin over the top of watermelon. Serve and enjoy!
