The Mezcalero

Ingredients

• 2oz Mezcal

• 2oz Passion Fruit Juice

• 2oz Guava Juice

• 1oz Simple Syrup

• 1oz Lime Juice

• Lime wedge

• Tajin

How to make it:

1. Wet rim of glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip into tajin

2. Add ice to shaker

3. Combine all ingredients into shaker and shake for 10 seconds

4. Strain into rimmed glass over ice

5. Garnish with lime wedge
