Spicy Piña Margarita
This spicy pineapple margarita is the perfect mix of sweet and heat. Add a loteria card to not only step your cocktails game up but to also keep track of your drink this Cinco de Mayo!
Ingredients
1.5oz Tequila Blanco (or Reposado)
2oz pineapple juice
.75oz fresh lime juice
.5oz simple syrup
10 cilantro leaves
2 serrano slices
1/2 thick rim of equal parts salt/sugar
Garnish with 2 pineapple leaves and loteria card (with mini clothespin)
How to make it:
Wet 1/2 rim of glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip into salt/sugar mixture.
Combine all ingredients into shaker
Muddle serrano and cilantro
Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
Strain into rimmed glass over ice
Garnish with pineapple leaves and card
