California Chic Thanksgiving
“Thanksgiving is going to look a little different this year” - said every post in your feed that you probably came across, and well…it kinda did. Our guest count was smaller, but the love and feeling of gratitude was was bigger than ever.
From the get go I knew I wanted to create an intimate Thanksgiving vibe that I was calling California Chic - laid back, relaxed but still beautiful.
My budget was smaller this year so I used everything that I had from years past and anything I thought would fit the theme that I had around my house.
I used a softer, neutral toned color palette, that aren’t your typical “thanksgiving colors” but stuck to traditional elements like pumpkins and my infamous turkey napkin rings to still make it thanksgiving-y. Small budget = no grandiose flower arrangements but I added a lot of candles to replace them and potted succulents to add a pop of green.
All in all, I love how it came out and it might be one of my favorite setups yet!
Cheers to you, your family and good health!
