Super Bowl Sunday IPA Beergarita

Super Bowl Sunday funday is almost here!

Ok, ok I know beer is the OG Super Bowl drink but mix things up this year and keep the party going with this delicious IPA Beergarita! You can totally make a big pitcher ahead of time, store it in the fridge and then bust it out on game day to wash down all the snacks!

IPA Beergarita

Serves 6-7

Ingredients:

  • 10oz Tequila Blanco

  • 4oz Cointreau

  • 3 12oz cans of Golden Road Mango Cart

  • 5-6oz simple syrup (start with less and add in as much as you want, this is totally based off preference)

  • 2 medium lemons

  • 2 limes

  • Lime wedge

  • Ice

  • Orange

  • Jalapeño

  • Salt/Tajin mixture

What you’ll need:

  • Pitcher

  • Wooden spoon

  • Jigger (or shot glass)

  • Ice cube tray

  • Lemon squeezer

  • Glassware

  • Small Plate

Instructions:

  1. Use 1 lime wedge to rub the rim of your glass. Then dip the top of your glass on a plate with Tajin salt mixture until enough adheres and put aside. (I personally only like to rim one side of my glasses)

  2. In your pitcher mix the tequila, beer, Cointreau, lemon juice, lime juice and simple syrup with a wooden spoon.

  3. Add thinly sliced pieces of orange, and jalapeño (seeded or non-seeded) for an extra kick!

  4. Put in fridge overnight to let the jalapeño and citrus “huddle up” or serve day of at kick off!

  5. Fill your glasses with ice, pour in the tequila and Mango Cart goodness, and garnish.

You’re ready for Sunday Funday!
